I take this opportunity to welcome all the alumni of NIT Calicut – previously REC Calicut- and wish the best of good health, peace and opulence from the bottom of my heart.

The dream and excitement to connect with the fellow alumni is surely a cherished moment and I look forward to it. I believe in nurturing a deep-rooted friendship and fellowship among alumni within the batches and among the various batches through this common forum. We can create and foster a sense of belongingness and sustenance to the Alumni members, while relishing the golden days in our college. As an Alumnus, I believe that we have got a lot to offer in terms of motivation, mentorship and sharing of our expertise within the society for a sustainable living.

I am extremely delighted to bring forward an official digital platform for NITCAA Trivandrum by name – nitcaatvm.com – to reunite and reconnect with the classmates, share memories, share our expertise and a lot more. NITCAA Trivandrum is having a vast pool of eminent resource persons in different sectors and if we are able to co-ordinate and pool them, we can contribute significantly to the society for which we are obliged to a great extent.

I believe that with your wholehearted support we can connect with the needy in and around us in our society. In this occasion a special mention regarding many of the distinguished faculty of REC/NIT who took pains in the earlier days in moulding our destiny to the present form- for whom we are indebted to – and many are still with us in Trivandrum and their continuous support even now is a great inspiration to all of us.

I am sure you shall contribute to this movement for an ever enduring journey, for creating a difference and bring about the changes through the NITCAA Trivandrum Alumni Association.
