I started my career as Lecturer in Electrical Engineering at REC Calicut and worked there for two years. After moving to Govt. of Kerala service, I worked with four engineering colleges and three Govt organisations. I can undoubtedly say that I have the strongest bondage with my students and colleagues at REC Calicut (now NITC).

The alumni of NITC is a rich pool of experts. A large portion of members are in service occupying powerful positions, capable of contributing quite a lot for our country and economy. But the potential of senior members, retired but not tired are still to be utilised hand-holding with practicing engineers and students to develop technologies suitable for brighter and sustainable future. In fact Alumni Association is the best channel by which such a potential can be very well tapped and utilised. I hope NITCAA Trivandrum Chapter is on its right path.
