NITCAA is a sentiment. The alumni of erstwhile Regional Engineering College Calicut are a powerful and influential community of professionals – harmoniously weaving fraternity and science based social service, as well as community living and professional service – with elderly senior citizens on one side and an array of competent fresh graduates on the other end. The Trivandrum Chapter of RECCAA – now renamed as NITCAA Trivandrum, I find has been active all these years and has now matured as a vibrant non-governmental body around the capital city of Kerala. No wonder, it has come to a point where we now need Newsletters and dynamic Social Media handles, plus a vibrant website to keep all its members informed promptly. It will strengthen the bonding between members and their families, and also rejuvenate the tired and the retired. I wish these initiatives all success and receptivity. Long Live NITCAA!
